Vice Chancellor of Finance and Business Affairs/CFO
Davina Fogg was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Business Affairs effective September 1, 2025. This position serves as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.
From 2022-2025, she served in a districtwide role as Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ' Controller and Executive Director of Finance, overseeing all accounting functions. Under her leadership Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ completed four years of audits in just two years’ time, bringing Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ current and in compliance with NWCCU accreditation standards.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Walla Walla University and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University. She has 30 years of experience as a CFO in the public sector, including 9 years as a Finance Director for city government and 21 years as the CFO/Vice President of Administrative Services at Walla Walla Community College.
