General Employment Verification Requests
Individuals, prospective employers, or other entities seeking to verify the employment status of a current or former Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ employee should be directed to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ' Payroll team at payroll@seattlecolleges.edu.
Responding to Sexual Misconduct Reference Requests
Starting July 1, 2021, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, as a Washington state postsecondary employer, is required to conduct sexual misconduct reference checks for all final candidates who are not currently employed prior to offering an official employment or appointment offer.
All sexual misconduct reference check requests regarding current or former Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ employees should be directed to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ' Public Records team SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
If any member of a Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ department is contacted by an employer regarding this process they should provide the requesting employer with the contact information for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ' Public Records team: SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
